[ it's probably an accidental text, but kara's phone pings with a message from prompto that's only a pic sometime in the late evening. it's a shot reflected from the bathroom mirror, mostly of his abs and hips, but there's a clear indication that he's very naked because of the bare curve of his ass and thigh pressed against the counter. ]

( there is a quiet moment after jack ends the video that she, quietly, stares at the black screen. she blinks once before reaching up to close her own device, giggling playfully and moving to stand with a glance around her apartment. everything was seemingly in order but she can't help nervously going over a few things until jack arrived. )

[Jack, blissfully unaware of the amusement he's caused, makes his way to the Up, to the address Kara gave him. It's not a short journey, and there's a couple of times when questioning glares lead to actual questioning about what he's doing and what his intentions in the Up are. For the first time, he can say that he's actually there for a reason, instead of being turned away for being a Sub without a contract.

When he finally makes it to Kara's door, he knocks firmly, feeling his face redden with shyness and embarrassment. She wants you here, he reminds himself. She wouldn't have given you her address otherwise.]
